ABOUT US

Mountain West is one of the fastest-growing addiction recovery organizations in Colorado. We provide a full continuum of care that includes sober living, peer coaching, case management, and clinical services.

Founded by a team of people who began their own recovery journeys, Mountain West was built on the belief that authentic connection and compassionate care change lives. We are known for our no-fluff approach, client-first culture, and the belief that doing meaningful work should still feel human.
