We are seeking an amazing part-time Personal Trainer and CrossFit Coach who is eager to make this their career or side passion with as much upward mobility as they want!
We want coaches who are PASSIONATE about helping others, selfless, and have had a life-changing experience in their own journey. They need to be team-driven and humble. We want someone who is eager to help us grow our team, deliver an exciting and effective fitness experience, and provide the best hour to our clients' day. An understanding of CrossFit methodology and having been crossfitting themselves, moving well, high emotional intelligence and passion with enthusiasm is preferred. For the personal training aspect, ideally, you have 1 + years of personal training experience, have an understanding of programming for all ages of clients based on goals ( weight loss, muscle gain), and obtain high emotional intelligence.
COACHING RESPONSIBILITIES
- CrossFit Coach a minimum of 5+ hours per week of group fitness classes + Foundations + Admin and PT clients
- Personal Training you have the opportunity to build a book of business based on coach goals/ business goals
- Clean the facility/ area when finished with coaching based on cleaning guidelines (listed in the company’s Standard Operating Procedures)
- Additional coaching opportunities in personal training, specialty classes & nutrition coaching based on experience.
- Make it the best one hour of our client's day
- Attend coach's meetings and 1:1 sessions
- Attend and help organize community events (Holiday parties, Runs, In house comps, etc)
- Weekends on rotation
- Perform administrative and maintenance tasks
