Position: Part Time Support Trainer
POSITION DESCRIPTION
As a Burn Boot Camp Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering dynamic and challenging workouts in a group setting to members of all fitness levels. In this role, you must have a strong desire to help members reach their health and fitness goals through pushing them outside of their comfort zone and building confidence through showing them what they’re capable of. In addition to leading dynamic workouts, you will play a key role in driving membership sales by engaging with potential new members and effectively promoting Burn Boot Camp’s offerings. Your ability to connect with members, create a high-energy atmosphere, and close sales will be crucial to the success of the team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Member Experience: Ensure that every member feels welcomed, challenged, and supported in their fitness journey.
- Fitness Product Execution: Train workouts (45-minute camps consisting of personal training in a group setting)
- Marketing and Sales: Help drive membership growth by promoting Burn Boot Camp’s offerings and engaging with potential members.
- Operational Execution: Ensure smooth operations by maintaining schedules, managing camp flow, and adhering to company protocols.
