Role Description
This is a part-time (with potential to scale to full-time) on-site role for a Small Group Personal Trainer/Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach reporting to the Owner/Head Coach, located in Mill Valley, CA. The Coach will be responsible for implementing comprehensive strength and conditioning programs (group and 1:1) to improve overall fitness and enhance athletic performance and injury resilience for clients. Additionally, the Coach will collaborate with the Owner/Head Coach, monitor athletes' progress, and evolve training programs as necessary.
